I consider this the best 6-plex in the development. Second to the last unit makes it basically traffic free, the views from the upper deck are of the mountains and the sunrises are amazing! Out front the view is of the large common area and the pool a short easy walk away. The courtyard or upper deck are great places for morning coffee or evening cocktails as is the rock area out front. Skylight in upper bath new in 2024. Lots of storage. Remodeled in 2019 with new range, dishwasher, windows, flooring, baths, lighting, interior paint, baseboard, back door and window coverings (main level blinds). Downtown, airport, schools, shopping are all easy and close to get to. Community pool.
